Create an Entra App Registration, grant the following read-only permissions, and configure the sync interval. That's it.
- 1Install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace into your Jira Cloud site.
- 2Create an App Registration in Entra ID (Azure Portal).
- 3Grant the four read-only API permissions listed below.
- 4Save your Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret in the app settings.
- 5Choose your sync interval, enable the sync, and press Save.
